FEES/COSTS

This is our number one priority service. We are Canberra’s very first snake/reptile catchers and provide a professional service. If you have an unwanted scaly visitor in or around your home, school or workplace, this is the service you need. To help us perform this service as best as possible, please try your hardest to keep an eye on the animal from a safe distance and call us ASAP!

$80 is our standard flat rate and will cover a *Call out* to search around for up to 1 hour and the removal of one reptile.

$20 will be charged for every venomous animal removed after the initial $80 flat rate (for example if you have 2+ snakes) – this is not for hatchlings.

$30 will be charged for every additional hour after the initial call out fee, starting from 1 hour and 15 mins. In rare circumstances, we are required to actively search for an excessive period for an animal (or if the caller requests we do so), and this often means we miss other calls for assistance.

We have the most experienced snake handlers in ALL of the ACT.
All removed animals are caught and released humanely and with the animals’ interests the absolute priority, along with public safety. We do provide them with medical treatment and care if it is needed prior to release.
